GPA Pledge Drive

August 14th-September 5th, 2025

The start of a new school year means Gravenstein Parent Association has to get to work!  Help us raise money to fund our wonderful Enrichment Programs by participating in our annual back to school Pledge Drive!  Your donations help fund our Enrichment Programs at both Gravenstein and Hillcrest campuses as well as support our teachers through classroom funds and our mini-grant programs.  Get your pledges in by 9/5 to be entered into our drawing!  Thank you for your support!!! Grade Level Parents hosted Back to School Ice Cream Social

August 23rd, 11am – 3pm

The Gravenstein Grade Level Parents invite Gravenstein Elementary Families to attend a Back to School Ice Cream Social at Ragle Ranch Park.  Sponsored by Straus Creamery this event offers families an opportunity to connect with their 2025/2026 Grade Level Parents as well as other families and students in our community.  Check the flyer for your grade level time slot!

GLP Socials For GLP’s

These coffee socials are for GLP’s to learn more about our district.  They take place with special guests at Hordcore Coffee on Bloomfield from 8:30-9:30am unless otherwise specified. If you would like to become a GLP please click the volunteer link above and specify GLP to volunteer.

 Come show off your skate moves (or lack thereof) and support our children’s enrichment programs! Be sure to check Monday Messages for updates and reminders regarding our skate nights at Cal Skate in Rohnert Park. Cal Skate Fundraising Nights will run throughout the 2025/2026 school year!  Join us for a high-energy evening of classic Bingo, big laughs and even bigger wins!  All ages welcome – Bring your lucky streak and get ready to shout Bingo! See you at HIllcrest Hall on September 26 & February 20th! Events Calendar Link

Grab your chairs & blanket and come watch a movie with your GUSD community!  Admission is free.  Snack bar will be available offering drinks and treats. Events Calendar Link

Gravenstein Jog-a-Thon Event!

October 21, 22, 23

One of our biggest fundraisers of the year!  The children always have a wonderful time jogging the track with our Grizzly mascot.  Huge smiles all around as every lap tallied supports our Enrichment programs.  A huge THANK YOU to the students, volunteers, business sponsors and supporters who donate to this important fundraiser.  We’re looking forward to seeing you all on the track! Community Dinner Event & GLP Auction Baskets

November 14th

The GPA is hosting a Spaghetti Social & Silent Auciton held in Hillcrest Hall on Nov. 14th. There will be dinner provided with paid tickets and a silent auction. The silent auction is made up of baskets that were put together by our wonderful group of GLP’s (Grade Level Parents) who used parent donations. All are invited to bid on the baskets.  Winners will be announced at the end of the event. Winners who are not present will be emailed/called.

Holiday Themed Community Event

December 13th

The GPA is hosting the Holiday Faire held in Hillcrest Hall on Dec. 13th. There will be cookies, hot cocoa, holiday festivities, music, craft tables, and more! Events Calendar Link

Online Auction

February 17th – March 6th

Our annual online auction includes many donations from local businesses, families and community members. This is a great way to support our school’s enrichment programs. ANYONE can bid on these fantastic donations. Events Calendar Link

Gravenstein Book Fair

 The Book Fair will be held during Open House events at Gravenstein campus.  Volunteers are encouraged!

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week!

GUSD likes to show their appreciation to all of our wonderful teachers and staff throughout the entire month of May! Check back for volunteer and item donation opportunities. 

We look forward to continuing to show our appreciation for staff every Friday in May.  Part of your donations support these staff appreciation events.
