Frequently Asked Questions
Does GPA pay for fieldtrips?
GPA does NOT pay for fied trips. Instead, your child’s teacher requests funds from parents and works with the principal and GUSD to request any additional funds needed for the field trips.
Is there an Event Calendar I can subscribe too?
Yes! We have an event calendar you can subscribe to that works with most digital calendars. Just visit our Events Calendar page and scroll to the bottom to subscribe. We also provide a printed calendar at the beginning of the school year and again in January with all of our events listed.
How can I access the meeting minutes?
You can access the meeting minutes by visiting the ‘Meeting Documents’ section on our website. All minutes are uploaded within a week after each meeting.
Where can I find the agenda for upcoming meetings?
The agenda for upcoming meetings is posted in the ‘Meeting Documents’ section at least three days before the scheduled meeting.
How do I submit a form?
All forms can be submitted online through the ‘Important Forms’ section. Or send GPA forms to wearegpa.wearegpa.com
Are there any deadlines for submitting forms?
Yes, each form has its own deadline. Please refer to the instructions on each form for specific submission deadlines.
